Tony Jr.’s parents and older sister started Elite Group Georgia Real Estate and Brittany’s dad was the first agent to join his family at Elite Group. Tony Jr. and Brittany met at the 2016 Roman Roast event that Elite Group sponsored. They began dating in April of 2017. Tony was a top producing sales representative at Fastenal covering all of Cedartown and a greater part of Rome. Brittany was graduating from the University of West Georgia and moving back home to start preparing for her first teaching position. They became captivated by each other and were engaged later that same year. They officially tied the knot in May of 2018. They were the first tenants at the new RiverPoint Luxury Apartments in Rome. Tony Jr. was working on getting his real estate license and Brittany was dealing with a change in her teaching career. Brittany was moving schools and served as a waitress at a local restaurant over the summer while Tony Jr. started his real estate career. During this time, they were struggling financially. With a commission based job and a teachers salary, there can be some difficult times. To secure a better future, there were plenty of discussions and planning. They knew they would not be in this financial situation for long. After 2 years of hard work and self discipline, more opportunities began to arise. They were able to buy a more reliable car. Tony Jr. and Brittany were looking into buying a house in 2020. A local investor, who was a friend of Tony’s dad, had a rental house in an ideal area that he would sell to them. Little did they know, this would be their first personal remodel. They put new flooring throughout most of the home, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, painted the walls and ceilings throughout, and they would continue to do odd and end upgrades to increase the value of their home over the next few years. At this point, the vision they created years ago was finally starting to take shape but they had no idea where it would lead them. Tony Jr.’s real estate career started blossoming, and he began to specialize in working with investors. He had quietly started a property management company with his family but it started gaining traction and becoming very public. Brittany had taught at two of the top rated elementary schools in the state of Georgia but she could never really settle in at either. It didn't take long for her to find the place that she felt at home as an educator while teaching at Van Wert Elementary in Polk County. Little did they know, another one of their discret plans was about to hatch. In October of 2020, they found out they were having their first child. Everything they had been through could not prepare them for the excitement and apprehensive feelings of bringing their baby into this world. They knew everything that happened up until now was nothing in comparison to what they would do to prepare for their little baby girl. In July of 2021, their sweet Emma Kate arrived. They were excited to start this next chapter of their lives. As time went on, more and more opportunities started to arise. Tony Jr. was assisting investors with real estate, managing properties for clients, and was on call 24/7 for tenants. He was building relationships with people he didn't know only a few years ago. While this was a great time, they still were not where they wanted to be financially, especially with adding a baby into the mix. However, they continued to keep pushing knowing one day they would look back on these times and smile knowing they set crazy goals back then and had finally reached them. In the summer of 2022, Tony Jr. decided to sell his partnership in the property management company with the plans of opening a consulting company and helping other small business owners reach their goals. Upon investors finding out he sold his partnership, he started receiving offers to come work at different organizations. One of the offers was in the HVAC industry and it was an offer that Tony Jr. felt he couldn’t refuse. During this time, he used his knowledge of business, sales, and customer service to be successful in this new field. With many years of experience assisting investors, homeowners, tenants, and service providers, Tony Jr. began to see a need. Our local area was missing a reliable source for homeowners to reach quality service providers and for local businesses to have a results based marketing company.
